2 Calzones
These are great with larger-size biscuits.
Flatten it out a little bit and fill it with whatever topping you like.
3 Muffins
Roll your dough and fill the center with your favorite fillings.
Seal up the dough around and place it seam side down into a muffin tin lined with muffin liners.
Brush with egg wash on top and sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
