Beat well using a fork.
Step 3:
Place a pan over medium-low heat and add cooking oil.
Pour the shrimp egg mixture in and mix until they clump together.
Do not cook it for too long.
Place in a bowl.
Step 4:
In the same pan, add more cooking oil, then place the tortilla.
Step 5:
Fold the tortilla in half, then press it with the spatula.
Place another tortilla in the empty side of the pan and repeat the same steps.
Cook them over medium-low heat until it turns brown.
Flip, then cook the other side until the cheese is melted.
Serve and enjoy while warm!
