The secret to making the best fried rice is the sauce.

It is a mixture of soy sauce, mirin, chicken bouillon, and white pepper.

How to Make Chicken Fried Rice

If you dont have mirin at home, use any cooking wine you have or water.

If you dont have white pepper, you could use black pepper.

You will make it again and again once you try it.

Step 2:

In a large bowl, add the chicken pieces and all the marinade ingredients.

Mix until well incorporated.

Step 3:

In a different bowl, add 3 eggs and a pinch of salt.

Step 4:

Blanch the carrots and peas in your stove top.
