Chicken (or pork) is thinly pounded, breaded, then pan-fried until crispy and golden brown.
Step 2:
Whisk 2 eggs in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the Italian breadcrumbs and panko breadcrumbs.

Dip the chicken breasts into the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
