Make the rosemary salt by combining all ingredients in a bowl.

Sprinkle the rosemary salt and fresh ground black pepper on the chicken tenders.

Place a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add butter or oil.
Once hot, add the chicken tenders.
Season the other side.
Cook until golden brown for about 90 seconds, then flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds.
Transfer to a plate.

Let it thicken for a little bit.

Lower the heat, then bring back the cooked chicken.
Cook for 90 seconds.
