Even with just two ingredients, you’re able to make the perfect consistency for decorating your cupcakes.
To make this ganache chocolate frosting, all you need are room temperature chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream.
If you dont want it to be sweet, you’re able to use dark chocolate chips.
It will work just fine.
Keep on stirring until melted then turn off the flame.
Stir until combined using a spatula, then using a whisk, mix it until smooth.
Step 3:
Cover the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
Step 4:
After 1 hours, remove from the fridge and take off the cling wrap.
Beat the chocolate ganache on medium speed for about 3 to 4 minutes.
It will become smooth, light, and double in volume.
If your room temperature is hot, refrigerate your ganache for 10 minutes before piping.
It will give you perfect peaks.
