These are perfect any time of the day and would make a great dessert after a meal.
Mix continuously until smooth.
Set it aside once done.

Next, peel three bananas and cut them into small pieces.
Transfer them to a blender (or food processor) and blend until puree texture.
(you could stir in 1 tsp ground cinnamon at this point if you like.)
Spread evenly and smoothen out the top.
Refrigerate it for four to six hours, or until firm and set.
When ready to serve, remove from the fridge and cut it into squares.
