Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 325F.
Step 2:
Get a microwave-safe bowl and add the chocolate chips.
Place inside the microwave and melt in 20-second increments, mixing in between until fully melted.
Step 3:
Get two small bowls and separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Whisk the whites until soft peaks form using an electric hand mixer.
After that, add half of the remaining and fold again.
Then repeat with the last whipped egg whites.
Step 6:
Grease your muffin pan with cooking spray.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan using a spoon.
You want to fill them with about 3/4 of each cup as they will rise a little.
If it comes out clean, it is ready.
Take the brownies out from the muffin pan and serve.
