Its really satisfying making my own jam, knowing that its healthy and doesnt includes artificial flavors.
I shared this recipe with my friends, and they also started making their own.
What I like about this recipe is that its inexpensive to make and its so delicious.
And oh, you could store this for up to three months in the refrigerator.

After this, strain the pineapple puree and discard the pulp.
Add a little water to the pineapple and strain it again to check that the consistency is smooth.
Turn the heat to medium-high and stir the pineapple consistently.
Discard the froth on top once it starts to build up.
(You know the pineapples ready once the consistency starts to thicken and become translucent.)
Transfer it to a glass jar.
(This will remain good for up to three months when stored in the refrigerator.)
