Step 2:
Add the corn and fry for 5 minutes.
Step 4:
Season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/3 teaspoon of hot pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Let it come to a boil, then it is ready to serve.
Pour the corn with the liquid to strain.
Set aside the corn.
Whisk the egg well, then bring back the corn.
Add wheat flour and season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Mix until well incorporated.
Place a pan over heat and drizzle olive oil.
Take a heaping tablespoon of the mixture and add to the pan.
Flatten with the back of the spoon then cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Serve and enjoy with the dip.
