With just 15 minutes, its already done and ready to go in the fridge.

Step 2:
Cut the lemons in half and scoop out the flesh.

Cut the lemon flesh and juice it through a strainer.
Whisk and let it cook for roughly 10 minutes or until it starts bubbling.
