Put it in the microwave for 1 minute, then mix with a spatula until fully melted.

Step 2:

Separate the yolk and the white of one egg.

Add the yolk to the melted chocolate and mix well.

Beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until fluffy.

Stir the chocolate and the egg whites separately.

Cover it with a plate or lid.
