Cover it with a lid and let it pre-heat on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

Add the powdered Oreo cookies to a large bowl, then add 1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder.
Mix well to combine.
Next, add 1 & 1/2 cups of fresh milk at a time while you mix.
