Prepare all the needed ingredients.
Chop 3 cups of broccoli florets into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
Add in 2 cloves of minced garlic and continue sauteing for another minute.

Then, pour in 4 tbsp of all-purpose flour and stir until well combined.
While continuously stirring, gently pour in 2 cups of veggie stock.
Continue stirring until the ingredients are well incorporated.
After that, add in 1 tbsp of salt,12tbsp of grounded black pepper, and14tbsp of paprika.
Stir until everything is well combined.
Next, add in 1 cup of finely grated carrots and 2-3 cups of chopped broccoli.
Mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated into each other.
Place a tight lid on the pan and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Then, pour in half and half of 2 cups of milk or heavy cream.
Pour in 8 oz of grated block cheddar cheese and stir until the cheese melts.
Serve hot, and verify to enjoy every bite!
