This dessert does not contain any granulated sugar, only honey.
As mentioned, it only requires 4 ingredients instant coffee powder, honey, water, and biscuits.
It has a cake-like texture, with each scoop packed with coffee flavors.
Step 2:
In a different bowl, add 1/4 cup of honey and whip until creamy.
This process will incorporate air into the honey.
It will become thick, opaque, and increase in volume.
It will take about 7 to 8 minutes on high speed.
Stop when it turns yellow.
Mix and continue whipping on high heat.
It will lighten as you keep whipping.
Scrape down the sides as you go.
It will take about 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 4:
Add a dollop of the whipped honey to the bottom of a dessert cup.
Get one biscuit and dip it into the coffee mixture.
Add on top of the honey mixture.
Press it gently, then spoon over some coffee.
Place another dipped biscuit, then top with whipped honey.
Pour a little bit of coffee and spread it out.
Repeat the process until you fill the dessert cup.
