Add 2 teaspoons of sea salt and add the pasta.
Cook al dente according to package instructions.
Step 2:
Place a pan over heat and the unsalted butter.
Once melted, remove the pasta from the boiling water and transfer it to the melted butter using tongs.
Mix and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Add more pasta water, then add the grated cheese in four batches.
Keep adding the grated cheese and mix after every addition.
It should be creamy.
Step 4:
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle more grated cheese on top.
