It is made with layers of cookies and whipped cream, covered with more homemade whipped cream.

This icebox cake is incredibly quick to prepare and does not require any baking or heating element.
Its perfect for parties, gatherings, holidays, or hot summer days!
If you cant find any wafer cookies, you might try the biscuits you have in your local store.
The consistency of the cake may vary depending on the cookies you use.
Whip on high speed until stiff peaks.
Make a taste test and adjust sweetness if needed.
Step 2:
Figure out what shape and size you want to make your cake.
It could be in a rectangular pan or serving plate.
Be sure to add enough whipped cream between cookies.
Repeat making sandwiches until youve used 11 cookies for your first row.
Place the first row on your serving plate.
This is one short end of the rectangle.
Step 4:
after you snag a rectangle, cover it with the remaining whipped cream.
Transfer the whipped cream into a piping bag or plastic bag with the corner cut.
Pipe it in a single layer all over the cake.
Smoothen it out with a spatula.
Step 5:
Crush the remaining cookies and use them to decorate the cake.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours so the cookies will soften.
