It is a delicious pudding that has layers of caramel mixture, crackers, and peppermint.
No need for an oven as its a no-bake dessert recipe.

If you are a fan of peppermint flavor, you will instantly love this treat.
To make this recipe, all you need is cream, crackers, caramel, and mint chocolate.
It easily comes together and will only take about 10 minutes to prepare in the kitchen.
Once done, place in the fridge until the biscuits are soft.
It will take a few hours or overnight.
No wonder why its famous in South Africa, its amazing and great for sharing.
you could serve it for potlucks, BBQs, or any gathering!
Step 2:
Add 2 cups of cream in a bowl.
Whisk until soft peaks form.
Step 3:
bring up the caramel treat and give it a stir using a butter knife.
Add to the cream and whisk to combine.
Step 4:
Add some of the grated chocolate and fold until well incorporated.
Step 5:
Fill the bottom of a 13.7 x 9 inches baking dish with the biscuits.
Step 6:
Pour half of the mixture and add another layer of the biscuits.
Pour the remaining mixture and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the top with grated chocolate.
Step 7:
Chop the remaining chocolate and sprinkle on top.
Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
