A strawberry sorbet is the perfect treat on a hot sunny day.
Its so satisfying and refreshing everyone will surely love this simple cold dessert.
Make it at home with only 4 ingredients: strawberries, water, lemon, and sugar.

Once done, trim the top and cut them in half.
Place them in a bowl.
Step 2:
Get a small saucepan.
Add 1/2 cup of granulated sugar and 1 cup of water.
Stir and cook on medium heat until the sugar melts.
Once melted, set it aside and allow it to cool slightly.
Step 3:
Work in batches.
Puree until it becomes smooth.
Transfer to a container and repeat with the remaining ingredients.
verify the insert to the ice cream machine is in the freezer for about 24 hours.
It needs to be frozen solid otherwise your sorbet will never freeze.
Step 5:
Transfer the mixture to your ice cream machine.

Serve and enjoy!
