Step 2:
Chop 3 green onions and place them in a bowl.
Wash the tomatoes and remove the leaves.
Cut them into 1/2 wide wedges and set them aside.
Step 3:
Heat a wok over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
Remove the egg from the wok while its still loose and not thoroughly cooked.
Cook until it becomes a little bit brown and it gives an aroma.
Add the tomatoes, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Stir fry everything together.
Then add 1 teaspoon of ketchup.
Step 5:
Once it simmers, add the egg and break it into the tomato oil.
Once done, turn off the heat and toss the remaining green onions.
Transfer to a plate and drizzle some sesame oil.
