#4 Solar Light
Grab a bunch of solar lights and zip ties.
Next, attach the solar light to the railings of your pool using zip ties in a crisscross pattern.
This will give some light on the pool and make it prettier at night.
Attach it around the hula hoop using zip ties, ensuring that theyre evenly spaced.
After this, paint it black, and let it dry completely.
Now, put the curtain around the hoop like it was a little shower.
