Whisk them together until light and fluffy.
Step 2:
Add one egg and mix until well incorporated.
Step 3:
Gradually add the flour to the mixture, and fold after every addition.
Sep 4:
Add the cornflakes and combine everything well.
Step 5:
Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Spoon the batter and form a round shape.
you might also use a small ice cream scoop for this.
You dont need to roll it into a ball, just form it into a cookie.
Place in the parchment paper and repeat with the remaining batter.
check that to space them about an inch apart as they will expand later on.
The time depends on how big the cookies are.
Let them cool for a while then serve.
