Mix until light and fluffy.

Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl, then add 4 egg yolks.

Next, sift 2 cups of cake flour in two addition.

Mix well just until combined.

Pouring the bundt cake batter to the pan

Add a dollop of beaten egg whites to the batter and fold.

Add the rest of the beaten egg whites and fold until incorporated.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

Bake it in a preheated oven at 325 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes.

After baking, allow it to cool for 30 minutes before removing it from the pan.
