Next, add the lemon juice and 3 egg yolks.
Whisk until well combined.
Step 2:
Transfer the mixture to your pie crust.
Spread it evenly to the pie crust.
It will set up but not like a lemon meringue pie.
Curl it and put it on top of your pie.
Sprinkle lemon zest on the top.
Step 4:
Place the pie in the refrigerator for about an hour or more.
Step 6:
Slice, serve on a plate, and enjoy while cold!
