Since it doesnt require a deep fryer, its much healthier than chicken wings.
Serve them with ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, vegetables, salads,wraps, or burgers.
Whisk until well combined.

Whisk in the milk and mix until there are no lumps in the batter.
