They turned out so juicy and tender just how I like them and the homemade sauce is amazing.
I shared these with my whole family last night and they finished them quickly.
So confirm to cook a lot of batches when you try this at home.

Step 2:
Add the chicken to the marinade and toss until all sides are coated.
Step 3:
Make the breading.
Next, add 3/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
Mix everything with a whisk.
Step 4:
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 5:
Coat the chicken tenders with the breading mixture one at a time.
Press the crumbs into the chicken to make them more crispy.
Step 6:
Grease the bottom of your air fryer basket with avocado oil.
Place 4 chicken tenders onto the basket and spray another light coat of avocado oil.
To find out if the chicken is done, insert a meat thermometer into the center of the chicken.
It should read at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 8:
Make the barbecue sauce.
In a small bowl, combine 1/2 tablespoon of boiling water with 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar.
Stir until the sugar is melted.
Add it to the sugar mixture and stir until well combined.
