Add the butter and sugar and beat on medium speed until light and fluffy for about 3 minutes.
Next, add the egg and vanilla then beat until well combined.
Make to scrape down the bowl.
Add the flour mixture and put the speed to low.
Mix until just combined.
Lastly, add the chocolate chips.
Spacing them 2 inches apart.
Step 5:
Place 1 sheet in the oven and bake for about 9 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the oven and add half of a marshmallow in the center of each cookie.
Place them back in the oven and bake for another 2 minutes.
