Thats just six simple ingredients, most of which you probably already have in your pantry.
Serve it with whipped cream, fruits, and a dusting of powdered sugar for the perfect treat.

Preheat it to 350F.
Step 2:
Blend sugar in a food processor until very finely ground for about a minute.
Remove 1 cup of the fine sugar and reserve it for later.
Leave the remaining in the food processor.
Step 3:
Add cake flour and salt to the food processor and pulse 10 times.
Discard any large grains.
Once incorporated, beat until soft and glossy peaks form.
It will take about 5 minutes.
Add vanilla and beat on low speed until just incorporated.
Step 8:
Sift a third of the flour and sugar mixture over the egg whites.
Using a spatula, gently fold in the dry ingredients.
Repeat with the remaining flour.
Step 9:
Pour the batter into a 9 or 10-inch ungreased tube pan.
Smoothen the top and clean the sides.
Gently tap the pan on the counter a few times to remove air bubbles.
Run a knife along the bottom of the pan, then invert the cake onto a cake stand.
Dust with powdered sugar if preferred.
