Next, cut the top and bottom of the carrot, then cut it in half.
Slice each half in half lengthwise, then slice each half into thirds.
After this, transfer the sliced carrots to a bowl.
Toss until the carrots are well coated.

Trasfer the carrots to your prepared baking tray and arrange them across.
Put them in a preheated 400 degrees F oven and bake them for fifteen to twenty minutes.
While waiting, make the dipping sauce.
