Anyone can try this pattern at home, even beginners.
This quilt pattern starts with a charm pack square and a layer cake square.
The process is the same as making half-square triangles, which I know most of us are familiar with.

The only hard part of this quilt will probably be the assembly.
Fold each in half twice to make a crease and find the center on all sides.
Place the light charm square on top of the dark layer cake, making sure it is centered.
Use the lines as a guide.
Sew it in place with a quarter-inch seam allowance.
Next, take one light layer cake and one dark charm square.
Fold each in half twice to make a crease and find the center on all sides.
Place the dark charm square on top of the light layer cake.
ensure it is centered.
Use the crease lines as a guide.
Sew it in place with a quarter-inch seam allowance.
Once done, cut directly on the diagonal line.
Set the seam, and press it open toward the dark side.
Step 5:
Repeat steps 1 to 4 with the remaining squares.
Step 6:
Arrange the blocks just like in the photo below.
