I have already made this several times for dinner, and its always a hit.
It has the perfect balance of savory, salty, and sweet flavors that is absolutely irresistible.
You will be surprised how good this actually tastes once you try it.
Mix until well combined, then add 4 teaspoons of oil.
Step 2:
Place a pan over medium-high heat, then add some oil.
Add the ginger and broccoli florets.
Once the broccoli is coated with oil, add 1 tablespoon of rice wine.
Mix well, then add 1/3 cup of water.
Cover it with the lid and cook for 30 seconds.
Transfer to a plate.
Step 3:
Add more oil to the same pan.
Pan-fry the beef on one side, then add minced garlic.
Flip them over and fry them on the other side.
When its halfway cooked, add 1 tablespoon of rice wine.
Mix and continue to stir fry until the color looks even.
Step 5:
Add 1/2 and 1/8 cups of water to the beef.
Allow it to come to a boil.
Continue to cook until the sauce starts to thicken up then turn off the heat.
Step 6:
Add the broccoli florets back, followed by 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
Mix until well combined, then transfer to a plate.
