Get the 4 square and place the two white 4 x 2 1/4 strips on top and bottom.
Sew the strips with a 1/4 inch seam allowance and press them open.
Step 2:
Rotate the block.
Once done, press it open.
Step 3:
Rotate again the block.
Get the two pieces of blue 7 1/2 x 2 1/2 strips and sew them on top and bottom.
Step 5:
Repeat the same process for block 2.
For this one, you will alternate the background fabrics and printed ones.
Repeat with the other block.
Step 7:
Swap 2 pieces from two corners and make 2 bento box blocks.
Sew hem in rows first.
Once done, sew the 2 rows together and press them flat.
