Its super easy to make and is ideal for beginners in quilting.

Stitch the two strips together along the right side with a 1/4 seam allowance.
double-check you sew all through the layers.
Finger press after every addition of strip.
you might quilt the top of the strips as you go if preferred.
Cut along the heart shape using pinking shears.
Press it with an iron to flatten it.
Step 5:
Get the cotton string and cut it into a 7 strand.
Thread it through the top center of the heart then tie the ends to make a knot.
