Its the best chicken and vegetable stir fry we have ever tasted.

Serve it with a bowl of rice, and you have the perfect meal.
Its tasty, healthy, and filling definitely worth the try.
Drizzle a little bit of oyster sauce.
Mix until well combined.
Set it aside and let it marinate for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Whisk until well combined, then set aside.
Step 3:
Place a skillet over medium heat and add a little bit of oil.
Once hot, add the marinated chicken.
Fry until partially cooked for about 5 to 7 minutes.
Transfer to a plate.
Mix then add the carrots.
Cook for about 5 minutes, then add sliced onion, bell pepper, and broccoli.
Toss and cook for a little while.
Step 5:
Pour the sauce into the vegetables and mix until everything is well coated.
Step 6:
Put back the chicken and mix it with the vegetables.
Add the chopped green onions and crushed red peppers.
Mix, cover with a lid and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
