Mix with an immersion blender.
While mixing, slowly add 1 and 1/3 cups of neutral oil until it becomes mayonnaise.
you’ve got the option to also add 1 and 1/4 tablespoons of sugar.
Transfer to a container.
Step 2:
Transfer the tuna with some of the juices to a bow.
Using a fork, mix everything together and break the chunks of tuna.
Give it a taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
Step 3:
Lightly toast the bread slices.
Spread mayonnaise on one side of each piece of bread.
Place the other slice on top.
Give it a firm but gentle press.
Step 4:
Serve and enjoy!
