Next, transfer the broken chocolate into a small saucepan together with 1/4 cup cubed unsalted butter.
Melt them in very low heat until smooth.
After this, set it aside to cool.
In another bowl, crack two eggs and add 1/2 cup granulated sugar, and 1/2 cup brown sugar.
Mix well until fluffy, then add the melted chocolate.
Gently combine, then stir in the flour.
Fold until the flour is no longer visible.
Mix until well combined, then cover the dough with cling wrap, and chill it in the fridge.
After chilling, scoop 2 tbsp of the dough and place it on a parchment paper baking sheet.
Bake them in a 350 degrees F oven for twelve to fourteen minutes or until they have spread slightly.
(The top should also become crackly but set.)
After baking, sprinkle the tops with some flaky sea salt.
