Add the psyllium husk powder.
Let it sit for 10 minutes until gel-like consistency.
Step 2:
Combine the maple syrup or honey, olive oil, and salt.
Step 3:
Add 2 cups of flour to the mixture.
Mix with a hand mixer for about 2 minutes.
Next, add 2 egg whites and mix again for another 2 minutes.
If the dough seems to loose, add the remaining flour.
Step 4:
Transfer to a greased 5 x 8 inch loaf pan.
Let it rise for about 30 to 45 minutes.
Step 5:
Bake at 390F for about 35 to 45 minutes.
Step 6:
Once cooled, cut into slices and enjoy.
