This is one of the dishes that I prepared for my family last weekend.
The meat is perfectly seasoned and cooked, and the sauce is flavorful.

Gently combine the ingredients.
ensure not to mash or overmix.
Step 3:
Drizzle some olive oil into a skillet over medium heat.
Once hot, add the patties.
verify not to overcrowd it.
Sear on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes.
Continue cooking for the second batch.
Set aside when done.
Step 4:
Remove most of the excess oil from the pan.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter and sliced onions.
Saute until slightly translucent and fragrant.
Next, add another tablespoon of butter and 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until browned.
Add 2 cups of beef broth and whisk them together.
After that, add brown seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix again and add the sliced mushrooms, cajun seasoning, black pepper, and the remaining beef broth.
Stir one last time.
Step 5:
Put back the patties into the gravy sauce.
