As we all know, Lofthouse cookies are pink.
These cookies are very easy to make, and most of the ingredients are probably already in your pantry.
These treats are so addicting, especially thebuttercream frostingon top.
Whisk them together then set aside.
Step 2:
Add butter and sugar in a bowl and cream until fluffy.
Next, beat in the egg, vanilla, and almond extract (if using).
Mix in the sour cream until combined.
Scrape down the side of the bowl if needed.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl using a spatula and combine any flour that is not mixing well.
after you grab the dough, shape it into a disk then cover with cling wrap.
Chill it for an hour.

Preheat your oven to 375F.
