Step 2:
Place a pan over heat and add butter.
Once melted, add the mushrooms and cover with the lid.
Cook until the onion is soft and smells sweet.
Step 3:
Add the garlic, bell pepper, and cajun seasoning.
Mix and cook for a few minutes.
Once done cooking, let it cool for a bit.
When the veggies are cooled, add to the meat mixture.
Mix everything with your hands.
Step 5:
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the fridge to firm it a little bit.
Step 6:
Make the glaze.
In a different bowl, mix ketchup, dijon mustard, maple syrup, and Worcestershire sauce.
Slather it all over your meatloaf.
Let it chill in the fridge while your oven preheats at 375F.
Step 8:
Once done baking, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
