Rub the seasonings into the meat.
Step 2:
Dredge the pork chops lightly with flour, then shake of any excess.

Add a generous amount of oil into a skillet over heat.
Once hot, carefully add the pork chops.
Cook until golden brown on each side.
Once done, remove and set aside.

Remove the oil from the pan, leaving a small amount for the gravy.
Add sliced or chopped onion and saute for one minute, then mix in the flour.

Bring back the pork chops.

Take some of the onions and add to the top of the pork chop.
Lower the heat to low and cover with a lid.
Let it simmer and cook all the way through.
Check periodically, making sure to stir.
Step 8:
Remove from the stovetop and serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
