Melt in the oven preheated to 350F.
Whisk all ingredients together.
If you are not going to add sugar, add 2 cups of whole buttermilk.
Next, add 2 large eggs.
Whisk until well combined.
Next, add a dollop of Dukes mayonnaise.

Pour the melted butter and oil into the batter.
