This potato salad is a staple at every summer cookout.

Place cut potatoes in a pot filled with water.
Cook until fork tender.
Once fork tender, transfer to a colander, drain, and rinse with water.
Step 2:
In a large bowl, add the mayo, sweet relish, and mustard.
Mix until well combined.
Step 3:
Mix in the sliced celery.
Step 4:
Cut the boiled eggs into small cubes and add to the mayo mixture.
Gently mix until well incorporated.
Step 5:
Season it with a creole kick, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything to combine.
Step 6:
Cut the potatoes into even smaller pieces, then transfer them into the mixture.
Gently mix until everything is coated.
Make a taste test and adjust seasonings if needed.
Step 7:
Transfer to your salad bowl.
Garnish with green onions, smoked paprika, and chili flakes if preferred.
