I always make it for celebrations, and it never fails to amaze my guests.

Step 2:
Lay the shrimp in a paper towel and pat them dry.
Season them with cajun seasoning and a little bit of paprika.
Step 3:
Place a pan or skillet over heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
Once melted, add the seasoned shrimp and par-cook it over medium-high heat for just 2 minutes.
Put in a paper towel then strain.
Slice into small pieces.
Mix until well combined.
Step 5:
Take your salmon fillet and pat it dry.
Place it on a skillet or microwave-safe dish, then put the stuffing on top.
Take another fillet and place it on top.
Season with pepper then spread butter.
Step 7:
Remove from oven, sprinkle with a little bit of lemon juice.
