Top it with olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, or sumac to make it more flavorful.

Remove the chickpea skin for ultra-smooth hummus.
Blend for 1 minute.
Scrape the sides and process for 30 seconds more.

If you want it to be more garlicky, add more garlic cloves.

It can be stored in the fridge for about a week and a month in the freezer.
