This homemade Mexican pizza byCooking Con Claudiais way better than Taco Bells version.
Its absolutely delicious the tomato sauce, ground beef, and cheesy topping.
I made this for a party last weekend, and everyone couldnt stop talking about it!

Its definitely worth the try.
Once hot, add the chopped onion and tomatoes.
Saute for a couple of minutes.
Add the meat and break it down into pieces.
Step 2:
Add all the seasonings and mix until well combined.
Cook until browned, then make a well in the center.
The oil will come out from the beef.
Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and mix well until there are no lumps.
Mix everything together and cook for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and set it aside.
Step 3:
Make the salsa.
Place a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until well combined, then let it come to a simmer.
Step 5:
Grab a toothpick and poke the tortilla on both sides.
Fry the tortilla over medium-high heat until golden brown.
Place them in the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
Grab another tortilla and spread the sauce.
Place it on top of your meat, then sprinkle cheese on top of the tomato sauce.
Garnish with tomatoes, black olives, chile serrano, and green onion.
