Pell the skin of the tangerines, then cut the top part of the strawberries.
Insert the fruits into the sticks and set them aside.
Step 2:
In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add the sugar and water.
Mix well then place over medium low heat.
Step 3:
Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until a candy thermometer reads 300F.
Get a small spoonful of syrup and drop into the cold water.

Remove the candy mixture from heat.
