It will definitely save you a lot of time making this beautiful block.
Its an easy pattern that starts with afour-patch.
Even if you are a beginner, you might easily follow the steps.
after you grab the blocks, lay them together, and the middle strips will form into a lattice.
Its a very pretty quilt that will surely catch a lot of attention.
Repeat with the other strips.
Cut one sewn unit into 1 1/2 segments.
Repeat until you have 160 pieces of those segments.
For the remaining unit strips, cut them into 5 1/2 segments.
Iron towards the dark side.
Step 2:
Get two of the 1 1/2 segments and make them into a four-patch.
Step 3:
Get one four-patch and sew 5 1/2 segments on both sides.
double-check the 5 1/2 segments are opposites sew the black to the white and the white to the black.
You need about 80 pieces for the middle of your blocks.
Step 4:
Take 2 pieces of 10 squares and place them right sides together.
Sew a 1/4 all the way around.
Cut it diagonally corner to corner in both directions, then cut it in half vertically and horizontally.
Lay them in two stacks.
Step 5:
Take two triangles from each pile.
Place them on the top and bottom of the strip unit just like in the photo below.
Trim the excess to make the block.
Repeat with other pieces.
double-check the four patch is oriented in the same direction for all blocks.
Step 6:
Put the blocks together in rows like a lattice.
You need 10 rows with 8 blocks each.
Add a 2 1/2 inner border and a 5 1/2 outer border.
