Next, heat a pan and some olive oil.
Once the oil is heated, add the white part of the green onion and saute until soft.
Once it becomes translucent, add the green part of the green onion.
Mix well, then turn off the heat.
Now, cut your boiled potatoes in half and use a spoon to scoop out the inside.
Mix well together, then add the fresh cream and cheese.
Continue mixing it until well combined.
(Preheat your oven to 500 degrees F at this point).
