One ingredient that I never miss adding to my plate is none other than a piece of egg.
Every day I try different ways to cook them, whether fried, scrambled, poached, or omelet.

I am super happy to find a new recipe that is appetizing and easy to make!
And today I am sharing it with you.
In a pan, gradually add butter and pan-fry the chicken until it gets golden.
Once cooked, turn off your stove.
Mix well using a fork until smooth.
Step 3:
Pour the egg mixture into the chicken and spread it using a fork.
Next, slice the tomatoes and put them on top.
Then add some mozzarella cheese.
Cover the pan with the lid and put the heat to a minimum.
Let it cook for 15 minutes.
Once cooked, remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
